By accessing or using J&S LTDA's services, provided by JS NEGOCIOS LTDA (CNPJ 50.743.063/0001-06), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AutoFlow AI for your business automation needs, subject to these terms and your subscription plan.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis in USD. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Billing is processed by our payment provider on behalf of JS NEGOCIOS LTDA (CNPJ 50.743.063/0001-06).

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, service interruptions, or data loss.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AutoFlow AI are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AutoFlow AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

For international customers, we respect and comply with applicable local consumer protection regulations while operating under Brazilian law as our primary legal framework.
